This morning, a simple turkey breast tender, arugula, parsnips, and an omega 3 fried egg. This is a very simple dish to prepare. A hot pan, olive oil, and a turkey breast tender, cook on one side until you see the meat turn white half way through, then flip. Boil water for your sliced parsnips and cook for 5 minutes. This dish is packed with protein, vitamins, minerals and will be a great start to your day!
