The Breakfast Burger

The day after Labor Day?  Of course I have left over food.  When you have holiday parties or even casual get togethers, don’t stray from your paleo food list.  Buy foods that fit into your diet and don’t let a party make you stray.  I bought turkey burgers, wings, salad, and fruit.  This morning, I had a lean turkey burger left to cook, arugula, and pineapple.
