Avocado!

Oh my gosh, Avocados are cheap right now.  Buy them and eat them.  They are high in Vitamin C, along with many other nutrients.  An avocado is easy to take to work for lunch or a snack and perfect to eat on the go.  Toss them in a salad or eat them with a spoon, right out of its skin.  They are high in Omega 3 fats for lower cholesterol and heart health.  Remember, balance is key to the paleo diet.  Fruit and vegetables at every meal will make significant changes to your overall health.
