Fish for breakfast?

Yes!  I’ll never forget my trip to visit family in the Philippines.  One morning, I woke up to the sound of kids outside.  I looked out the window to see the them running up from the beach with fresh fish for breakfast.  Since then, I treat myself to fish whenever I want it, including breakfast.  I know it’s tough to cook fish when you’re on the go.  One tip, prep your fish the night before or cook it ahead of time and heat it up in a pan when you’re ready.  Fish provide Omega 3 fats, which are heart healthy fats.  Omega 3 fats are also known to be anti inflammatory.  This fits right into the theories of the paleo diet which state that grain consumption is the source of inflammation and cause of chronic pain most of us experience and learn to live with.  Since I’ve been on the paleo diet I have not had a headache, and the joint pain I had on a daily basis disappeared after 6 weeks.  If you have aches and pains you’ve learned to live with, you might want to consider the paleo diet.
