Rotisserie Chicken

Sometimes I’m on the go and have to get out of the house quickly.  I know a lot of people have to deal with the same thing and that’s why breakfasts are sometimes the worst meal of the day.  I try to keep a whole chicken on hand for just that reason.  It’s so much healthier than any breakfast meat you can prepare.  Grab a leg, slice some breast, have a handful of spinach and pre-steamed broccoli.  It’s a simple, quick meal that is packed with protein and nutrients.
