Turkey is the easiest of all the proteins to work with, in my opinion. It cooks very quickly and has such a neutral flavor that you can really taste whatever you decide to cook it with. I still have white mushrooms and green onions in the fridge this week so it was a simple stir fry today. After all, I had my fancy filet mignon a few days ago. Heat your pan on medium heat, add olive oil. It should be hot enough that the oil smokes. Add your sliced turkey breast and flip in 3 minutes. Add your vegetables. No salt necessary. There’s plenty of flavor from the caramelized onions and mushrooms.
