Whenever you steam your broccoli for dinner, throw a few extra pieces in for breakfast the next day. Sulfur vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage are important to your diet. They are know to be great for your liver which is responsible for cleaning out the toxins in your body. I like broccoli because it’s a hearty vegetable. It’s got great crunch raw or lightly steamed and is a nice contrast to fat. I prepare my eggs with olive oil and eat an egg yolk every once in a while, which is another source of sulfur. This morning, I had another piece of smoked salmon which you can scramble into your eggs if you prefer.
